  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate sub-committee and staff meetings
  • Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Handle incoming mail and other material
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • Operate office equipment
  • Prepare utility consumption report and charges (electricity, water, natural gas)
  • Keep inventory of towels, toiletries, working tools, spare parts to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Prepare requisition for
  • Purchasing, servicing
  • Stationary, office equipment
  • Sales chit, printer cartridge for the shop operators.
  • To carry out daily inspection to ensure tidiness, cleanliness and hygienic condition of ladies changing rooms and ladies washroom. Examines the place to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment.
  • To assist maintenance executive in keying maintenance jobs for recording in the maintenance system.
  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the maintenance superintendent /executive.
