- Responsible for end-to-end service qualification including but not limited to Traffice QOS Monitoring, Manual Phone testing and Route Adjustment.
- Capable of performing Fault Analysis and troubleshooting through support portal.
- Correspond with customer and provide updates in accordance to standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with customer to facilitate efficient troubleshooting process.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- Able to work in shift mode, 24 x 7 operation (Shift on rotation basis).
- Strong knowledge in Voice over IP (VoIP), networking, Data Network.
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Able to work in Empire City, Damansara Perdana
