Job Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end service qualification including but not limited to Traffice QOS Monitoring, Manual Phone testing and Route Adjustment.
  • Capable of performing Fault Analysis and troubleshooting through support portal.
  • Correspond with customer and provide updates in accordance to standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with customer to facilitate efficient troubleshooting process.

Job Requirement

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
  2. Able to work in shift mode, 24 x 7 operation (Shift on rotation basis).
  3. Strong knowledge in Voice over IP (VoIP), networking, Data Network.
  4. At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
  5. Able to work in Empire City, Damansara Perdana
