Job Description

  1. Responsible for back office operations support:
  2. Scanning, indexing and scan quality check.
  3. Decentralization of policy servicing (non-financial policy changes).
  4. Incoming and outgoing mails handling.
  5. Policy Acknowledgement Slip and Policy Contract update.
  6. Responsible for customer service delivery at branch:-
  7. Relief front counter during manpower downtime.
  8. Non-cash collections.
  9. Answer phone calls.
  10. To ensure compliance of Financial Services Act (FSA) 2013, SOPs, guidelines and policies issued by relevant bodies.
  11. Provision of cooperation and support to fellow colleagues.
  12. Prefer intern can start in March 2019

Job Requirement

  1. Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  2. 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
