Your new role
The position holder is responsible for the provision of services and advice across the portfolio and for the implementation of all annual process including engagement initiatives, performance reviews, salary review and incentives. The HR Business Partner is also responsible for developing and delivering a range of HR programs as well as providing strategic and operational support to leaders in the region. This includes managing day to day people issues such as employee and industrial relations; recruitment and selection; remuneration and benefits; advising managers on employee related issues; advising staff on company programs, policies and procedures. The position also oversees the implementation and execution of programs to improve leadership development and employee engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have at least 8 years of working experienced in a multinational organisation. Hands on experienced in a full spectrum of HR and well verse with a business partnering concept. Excellent communication skills is required
