Job Description

Requirements :
-At lease 3-5 years site experience in geotechnical works / construction management.
-Possess a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
-Good interpersonal skills : able to manage a site team, a group of sub-contractors and consultants.
-Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
-Willing to travel, possess valid driving license.

Responsibilities :
-Responsible for overall project management by ensuring time completion within time frame given.
-To lead, coordinate and motivate the project team to carry out their respective functions.
-To manage all site activities.
-To attend all project site meeting as well as technical meeting with Client and Consultant.
-To prepare and verify necessary documents from monthly progress claim, workers payroll etc.
-Report checking and chase for payment certificates from engineers / clients or payment from clients directly.
-Any others duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualification: Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Required skill(s): construction management, civil engineering.
Year(s) of Experience: At least 3 year(s) of experience
Position Level: Manager
Specialization: Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Job Role: Project Management or Contracts Management.
