Jo Richards is an entrepreneur with several small businesses under her belt. She is the product of two entrepreneurs, with both her parents owning businesses as she grew up. Somewhere along the way, with a full knowledge of the struggles owning your own business presents, she decided being a business owner was the right choice for her. She became a partner in her first business a graphic design firm and never looked back. While not every business has been a success, each has garnered a new perspective which Jo hopes to share here with those of you looking to open your own business or who are moving through the already exciting and challenging world of business ownership.

Sam Lionel became interested in business while working through college at a small local grocery store. There he became familiar with the ins and outs of a business and decided he wanted to know more. Sam pursued his search for knowledge while continuing to work at various small businesses and received a Master’s in Business Administration. After college he proceeded to work for small businesses as a consultant for a local CPA firm, applying his book knowledge and street knowledge to help businesses better themselves. Eventually, Sam started his own consulting firm aimed specifically at helping small business become the best they can be.
